1. Who you are contracting with

Campaigns on GoLink are managed by Truvest Consulting ("the Agency"). By posting a campaign you engage the Agency to source, manage and pay creators for it.

2. Budget and GST

The budget you enter is per creator. You choose whether it is before GST (GST is added on top) or GST-inclusive. The Agency issues a proforma invoice when a creator is confirmed and a GST tax invoice once payment is received. GST is charged at the prevailing rate on the full deal value.

3. Payment

All payments are made to the Agency's bank account shown on the proforma invoice, within the due date on it. Work starts after payment is received. If you deduct TDS, please share the TDS certificate (Form 16A) with the Agency.

4. Agency fee

The Agency's fee is included in your budget and is paid out of it; it is not charged to you separately. The fee and the creator's share are confidential.

5. No direct contact or direct deals

All communication with creators goes through the Agency. You agree not to contact, pay or contract any creator you met through GoLink outside the Agency for 12 months from your last campaign with them. If you do, the Agency's standard fee on that deal is still payable.

6. Content and disclosure

Creators publish content with the advertising disclosures required by ASCI and the law (for example #ad or Paid Partnership). Usage rights beyond the creator's own channels must be agreed in the campaign brief.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Before the creator starts work you may cancel for a full refund less bank charges. After work has started, refunds are decided by the Agency based on the work delivered. If a creator fails to deliver, the Agency will offer a replacement creator or a refund of the unpaid share.

8. Approval

The Agency may edit, reject or pause any campaign that is misleading, unlawful or against platform policies.
