Creator Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are working with

Brand deals on GoLink are managed by Truvest Consulting ("the Agency"). Brands pay the Agency; the Agency pays you.

2. Agency fee

The Agency deducts its fee from the brand's budget before paying you. Every deal shows the brand budget, the Agency fee and the amount you will receive before you apply. That amount is fixed once you apply.

3. Payment to you

You are paid after the brand's payment has reached the Agency and your content is delivered and approved. Payment is made to the bank account or UPI in your billing details. TDS is deducted where the law requires it, and you will receive a payout receipt for every payment.

4. GST

If you are registered for GST, add your GSTIN in your billing details and raise your GST invoice on the Agency for the amount you receive plus GST. If you are not registered, no GST is added to your payout.

5. No direct contact or direct deals

All communication with brands goes through the Agency. You agree not to contact, accept payment from or contract any brand you met through GoLink outside the Agency for 12 months from your last campaign with them.

6. Content

You will deliver the agreed content on time, follow the brief, keep it live for the agreed period and add the advertising disclosure required by ASCI and the law (for example #ad or Paid Partnership).

7. Cancellations

If the brand cancels before you start, the deal ends without payment. If it cancels after you have started, the Agency will pay you for work delivered in line with what it recovers from the brand.
